The DIRECTV redesign project involved a significant overhaul of the website and 400 pages of interaction specification authored by three Interaction Architects. In addition to completing documentation for several sections of the site, I developed a template identification and specification system in order to define and track each page for development within a content management system. The project required collaboration between the creative, back-end and client teams in ensuring deliverables were clearly understood by all team members.
I co-presented the project at the 2006 IA Summit where it was featured as a poster presentation, ''Taming the 800 pound gorilla: Some insights on managing a multiple-IA project''.
